Itinerary
【Day 1】Tokyo station (8:30am)→Lunch and cooking class at Yamana house→Takabe Shrine→Strawberry pot (A cafe run by an Ama diver)→Hotel
【Day 2】Cooking lesson to learn how to fillet fish and make a traditional fish dish(9:30am)→Lunch at local farm restaurant→Souvenir shopping →Haraoka pier to watch the sunset→Tokyo station(6pm)

【Day1】
Lunch at Yamana house -“Gibier”(wild game meat)experience
Participants will enjoy locally caught fish/meat and fresh vegetables out in the serene nature of Minamiboso.
“Hakko” fermentation cooking class
Hakko(fermented) food is a traditional Japanese technique, said to contribute to its longevity. Participants can learn the process of fermentation and try to cook fermented foods with a specialist!
A knife worship ceremony at Takabe Shrine
This ceremony will be held at Takabe Shrine where is only dedicated to the god of cuisine in Japan. This ceremony has long history from more than 1000 years ago. Participants can see the skillful technique of fish cutting without touching the fish at all. It’s usual held only three times per year, but it will be specially done for this tour.
Strawberry pot (A cafe run by an Ama diver)
You will visit a cafe run by an Ama diver, a traditional woman fisherman who dives underwater to catch fish, and enjoy talking to her to know more about Ama culture in Japan.
【Day2】
Cooking lesson
In this lesson, you can learn how to fillet the fish from a local knife master and make a traditional local fish dish.
Lunch at local farm restaurant ”Jiroemu”
After cooking lesson, you will visit organic local farm restaurant Jiroemu, housed in a building of more than 300 years. You will enjoy the beautifully set traditional farmhouse cuisine, with vegetables as the main in.
Haraoka Pier
A last content of this tour is watching sunset at Haraoka Pier, where you can enjoy watching sunset with Mt.Fuji view.
